School Athletics

During our school athletics we were able to participate in the following events:
- discus
- shot-put
- long jump
- high jump
- 100 m sprints
- 200 m sprints
The weather was great and we all pushed ourselves to achieve success.

School Camp

During week four we went to camp at Mountain Valley.  We had spent four amazing day and three nights away from school.  During that time we went rafting, orienteering, horse riding and did archery, shooting & bush craft activities to help us build bivi's and bridges.

Girls in Science

On Friday 26th, Sydney, Madeline B, Mikayla and Molly attended the 'girls in science' event at Woodword house.  Check out what they got up to.

Swimming NZ Water Safety Lessons

Fiona from Swimming NZ came in on Tuesday and Wednesday to teach us how to be safe in the water.  She taught us lots of important things to help keep us safe and warm.  We had lessons about how to huddle and to tread water.  We also learnt about hypothermia. 

Wheels Day

Room 7 have worked extremely hard this term.  As a means of celebrating this we decided to have a wheels day.  We spent an hour in the afternoon having a bit of fun!
