Water pollution

Polluted water ways happen when oil, car cleaners and chemical get in to our water ways.  Chemicals go in our Rivers, Lakes, Seas, Streams and Creeks.  All the chemicals that go in the water are killing our fish and creatures that are in our rivers.  We are the ones that are polluting the water ways, we are the ones that are just throwing rubbish where ever we want but if we keep doing what we are doing no water creatures will be alive, that will be sad, our water won't be the same. We only have 3% of fresh water in the world but 2% of it is locked away in ice caps so we only have 1% of fresh water that we can drink.  We should not waste water. So we should not just tip a good glass of water out. Our shower should be at the most 5 minutes long.
