Fish & Game Field Trip

It was cold and frosty, the frost on the grass was only slightly melted.  We were standing round the still pond wrapped up in our jackets.  I threw in some smelly little fish pellets, into the pond.  PLOP! the pellets started to sink, at first nothing happened,then suddenly little ripples started to bubble along the top of the water.  Then the pellets were gone.  There they are shouted someone.  I saw them too, lots of little rainbow trout came to the top of the water and ate up the pellets.

My learning goal

It was dark,Brenden and I got the flash light, Ella and Tiffany were waiting outside,Ella and I started to count,we counted to 35, ready or not here we come. We shouted, I heard funny noises. There was a crackling sound in the bush, we flashed the lights at the bush but nothing was there. Suddenly something caught the side of my eye, I spun around there they were I shone the light on them,spot light I yelled. Now it was our turn to hide, they started to count, Ella and I ran, we hid behind a fence we waited, nobody came. Suddenly a drop of water hit my forehead, we'll hide somewhere else, so we went to the stairs under a roof, we huddled together, suddenly we saw a light on the roof. I thought will they find us, Brendon ran straight past us. Then, I thought we heard our mum calling. That was fun I said, yeah said Ella.

Swimming

It was a cold but nice day as the morning sun shone on my back.  I hopped onto the sand and ran down to the water.  The sun light shone on the top of the sparkling water.  I put my legs into the water, the water was up to my knees.  Suddenly, a cold chill ran up the back of my spine.  Then a cold breeze started to blow, my legs were like jelly, lots of little goose bumps popped up onto my arms and legs.  I felt like I couldn't move, like my legs were ice.  I turned round and looked at my towel on the beach then I slowly made my way back to the beach.  I collapsed on to the sand and wrapped my warm towel around me, happy to be out of the ice cold water. 

Me

On my face is a big bright, happy smile that lights up the room.  Above my nose I have small, green eyes that shine in the sun.  I have long, blond, tidy hair that is tied back.  On my cheeks and nose I have lots of little, brown cute freckles.
